I got medical request and PPR in November 2019. I'm waiting for the final decision and my passport back

I'm a March applicant too and I got my pre arrival letter before MR. The pre arrival letter is sent when PA pass eligibility.

Why did they reject you? A few days ago I saw that you were waiting for the MR: :o what happened?

If they are waiting for the QC quota, would this take a long time?
