Since you are Sudanese and applied from Saudi Arabia, you need to provide proof of your current immigration status in Saudi Arabia such as visa. Like for Instance I am Kenyan and I applied for study permit in USA, I told them I am currently in US as an F1 Visa holder.

Yes i do have sufficient funds from my Dad, the program is 1 year, Project Management certificate

I applied on July and my application was refused on August, because I haven’t attached my saudi visa (iqama),
my situation has changed substantively and i have submitted significant new information

Letter of explanation and my previous degree certificate and transcripts, my saudi iqama and my father as well because he’s my sponsor, I have attached my previous passport and visas stamps on it, and my father passport. Am waiting for the update which’s will be this week InshAllah.
