Hello expert of the forum. I have a question. Since my half sister is only 8 yrs old and not allowed to sign immigration forms, can my Dad (Sponsor) sign it for her since my dad is her parent also or should it be her mother? Her Mother is not accompanying her to Canada.

We started our 9 month old daughter's sponsership application on august. Yesterday got a mail that they forwarded the aplication to newdelhi VO. So what will be the waiting time to get the passport request

If dad is in Canada and child is in another country with mom she should sign and make sure she fills out the form that allows her to give permission to be a un accompanied dependent child

Okay thanks for the reply. I just received Pre arrival today. Maybe you see Decision made because everything is now complete. I saw decision made on my ECAS this morning just after the pre arrival
I just received passport request for my 2nd child just now .My kids will be in Canada for Christmas!!!!!
