Based on this list, I think there is no pattern for either the processing times or VO. It is completely random and it is case specific.

I think you must order gcm notes it will give an idea about your application because there are remarks given by the agent that's how it helped me

It is not going to speed up the process but will give you a clear idea about your application . Everything is written in the pages of notes you can take help from this forum to understand the notes . It shows remarks of the agent and the stage /timeline of your application that's the use of gcm notes .
