But if i remember correctly there was never a question of temporary residential status.

So what i filled my parents address was home country, though they were here.

And eventually missed lucky mississauga office.
That's not correct.. I gave my in laws address to home country but I send the correct representative form which address is Canada. So I got Missisuaga office and even in the medical letter they entered my home address not the applicant home address

So by this law visa office assigned by representative address?

Many cases got home visa office though they provided representative address which was canada.

hello

Can somebody please advise..
I have sent the PCC, Passport copy and additional documents required via email provided in the request letter.
Now my question is will they respond to email regarding the receipt of documents.. ?
How many days they take to finalize after sending PCC ??

Thanks

I am not sure about that but in my case in SA letter they mentioned
This office was selected based on
your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Hi @robertp , @bdidol or any other experienced friend can advise. Today I checked my status on mycic account it reads we are reviewing additional documents ( Travel History) you provided( to NDVO). I believe it means they have received additional documents. Can you please advise how long NDVO takes to review the additional documents and what can be the next step. They have just asked me to provide travel history. I had already provided them a complete copy of the passport during the application stage PCC is also submitted without their request. Request letter refered to my mother's Canadian address. is there any chance she can still get Biometric request ?

I think almost everyone got same line that visa office selected was based on relative home address. And Relative here means Principal Applicant.

As we are the sponsor and Representative if we provided representative form.
