@Hurlabrick how long does it take to get the PR card after landing? It has been over 3 weeks since I landed in Canada but I haven’t been sent my PR card. On the website it says current waiting period for processing of new PR cards is 18 days. Is there a way to track the PR card processing and its delivery?

The turnaround time is the internal time for Sydney NS office only, allow at least a week either side for mail. So I would give it at least 4 weeks and more like 6 - 8 weeks from your landing.

Why london office takes so much time to make a decision?
I am 2 august 2018 applicant
Police certificate 27 nov 2018
Medical done on 28 november 2018
File transfered 4 jan 2019
Pre arrival and biometric on june 2019
Biomtric done on 5th july 2019
After that silence
Sent web form 2 to 3 times and london office saying i am in back ground check
Now its 15 months almost no updates

We are pretty much a few day behind you in everything. UK outland, both of us in the UK. We got Decision Made on ECAS today, so I’m not sure how fast the next steps will go! Quick I hope! I’d be interested to hear when you get PPR and COPR!

Sent a web form to London VO asking about my COPR on 12/12/19. They responded today:

Thank you for your message. Your application has been approved and is currently in queue to print the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). Your COPR will be sent to the mailing address we have on file in due course.

Hi everyone!

My husband is the PA and is from the UK. We were transferred to LVO on October 15th, received Pre-Arrival last week and I checked our status today to find that under my husband's name it says Decision Made! No email yet, but it is Sunday so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this week!
