Yeah that's your case officer , can be Analyst or Case processing agent. Both are officers who review your file and issue PPR.

Not a holiday in Canada and certainly don't get a day off for it.

I’m AOR Dec 10 and everything passed. They said med is extended but nothing updated on my profile although it is expired. Waiting for final review
