I have personally signed it but recently I read a part on these forums advocating that signature is not required for family info form (just like main form)Thanks @subodhp for the response. One more quick question. Do we have to sign this still? Im submitting all documents online. Its form IMM5645e Section D.
I saw that too but I just want to make sure im not missing anything. i will just sign it just to be in the safe side. As for this part, what exactly they are asking?

Thank you for the response. Good that they asked for additional documents instead of just decide based on whatever is available.
By the way what did you attach initially to support your income document. I have attached notice of assessment of 2018 along with bank balance certificate. I did not enclose employment letter or paystubs.

I will be applying for my mother's super visa. What to upload in the Purpose of Travel? I have written a cover letter on her behalf highlighting reason to travel and her ties to the home country. We are not doing an upfront medical exam and will do once we get the instructions from CIC. I have got a tentative travel booking. Will that work?

Hi, That should be ok in my view. I also made a cover letter (small) for the purpose of trip. You are going to apply from which country?

It may be a question that could've been answered before on this thread, but how soon can one apply for a Supervisa for Parents after becoming a PR?
- I entered Canada in Sept 2019 and got a job in October which is paying me more than the LICO required. At this point, I can furnish my offer letter and 2 pay stubs
- Parents are financially independent
- Parents have decent travel history (Visited EU for 3 months , 4 times in the last 10 years)
So, when is the soonest that I can apply for a Supervisa for them?

I think you are good as long as you have income higher than lico and one year insurance from a canadian company.
