Medicals done : November 4
passed the medical exam. November 12, 2019
Passport Request : Nov 18 2019

I have applied for my father’s super visa application. Online Application submitted October 7. Biometric request October 8 did the biometric October 9 received medical request October 11 did the medical October 16. Medical passed Nov 5. On November 11 received reques letter for police and court certificate we have not received any updates yet was wondering how long will it take for any updates

Thanks for sharing the timelines. Could you pls let us know why your father is asked for PCC and a court order? To my knowledge there is no such condition at least for supervisa.

Hello guys, can you please answer about showing funds.
My mother has around 8000 cad in her account. I have sponsored her for super visa I have got bank certificate of 9000 cad. I have all other papers completed.

Do you think above funds are good? I am meeting all other requirements. Just confused about amount of funds.

Hi, you should be fine in my opinion as your income is beyond LICO and shown some savings also. In supervisa, your finances matters more than your parents. So i dont see any issue in it. All the best

Hello Guys,

How are you doing? Any update on your cases?

A quick question, I applied super visa on 19th no correspondence at all neither additional docs nor medical request Oct since then. Do you think I should raise a case specific enquiry or send email to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi (Pakistani applicant visas are processed in Abu Dhabi though I applied online as my parent's representative)

Pls note that average processing times these days for Pakistani applicants is 160 days approx. of course it is not yet passed in my parents case however I have seen on this forum that 95% applicants on average get updates within 30 days max in the form of medical or additional dox requests etc.

I would appreciate if you please enlighten me on this. Since there is a history of 2 previous TRV refusals so I am scared of sending any unnecessary communications which would annoy VOs

We are not sure why he was requested that we did get all the information from police court there is no criminal charges or any other charges information uploaded Nov 12 no updates yet is it normal to be asker for police and court certificate?

No he never worked for any law enforcement agency he applied from Kosovo. I have recently applied for my mothers super visa she was granted visa and was not requested any of the documents applied may 27 by june 19 received ppr.

More Document Request: Feb 15, 2019 i didn't get this letter in my email, they sent it to wrong email waited 7 months and finally decided to email them so they sent a letter again asking notice of assessment doesn't have a name on it. So sent it Oct 1, 2019.
Medical Request: Oct 12, 2019
Medical Done: Oct 15, 2019
Medical Passed: Nov 1, 2019
Biometric Validty Letter: Nov 20

Gosh, IRCCs clerical mistake made you suffered for 7 months. Too bad. Your timeline is certainly showing delayed trend. By the way why you waited for so many months to send an inquiry?

Also Notice of assessment do have the name and address printed on it. Did you attach some other document and thought that you attached NOA?

I waited because I though some day they will send a letter but I never received it.
I did sent Notice of assessment but it wasn't an official pdf it was just a screenshot of the income and deductions.
