Police clearance certificate from USA

After FBI received my fingerprint card(I used trackable mail) and two days after I got an email from them with police certificate and another 1.5 weeks I got it in mail as well

I just did it last month. applied on FBI website and next day got fingerprint in surrey and mailed the form next week. about 1.5 weeks later I got email from fbi with e-copy of police clearance.

if you haven't got an email from FBI for more than three weeks, something might have gone wrong. not sure if you can contact them for this case.

but for my case, after my trackable mail was delivered, in two days they finished checking and sent me an email

You can google, there are places in GTA for FBI fingerprinting. I went to this one and the process was seamless, they take care of end to end process.
