These communities live up to their names and are indeed "Rural" 
They are supposed to start accepting applicants today, but still there is no information on how to apply.

Some of these communities told that their program starts running from November 1st but doesn't mean they have to start accepting candidates at the same time. Some said they will start not later than 30th November, while some said the eligibility requirements would be available in November, but there would start recommending candidates in December.These communities live up to their names and are indeed "Rural"

Due to the requirements of the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Project, we are not able to accept applicants until later in November, 2019. My thoughts exactly. Those communities have like 100,000 population at most, yet they can't figure out what they need and how to do it.

But we are talking about the northern and rural program who is targeting certain professions to attempt to retain these people. If they only admit software developers, accountants, dentists, etc. people won’t find jobs and the communities won’t retain the immigrants.
