I have got a bachelor's degree (4 Years) in my report for my 2-year master's degree in business administration done from Amity University, U.P, India. What does that mean?

So now the report shows 1.) Bachelor's degree (3 years) which is my graduation and 2.) Bachelor's degree (4 Years) which is actually my post-graduation

Kindly explain its meaning and impact on my overall CRS score.

You can talk to WES about this.. They would respond on the lines of "that's the Canadian equivalent of your education"

Because it has been evaluated as less than Canadian Masters.
