Yes, tomorrow you will get DM for PA assuming all documents are already submitted.

I submitted the PCC on the month of May together along with the application since my mom is her in Canada and no criminal record changes on our home country

Don't think so. Border crossing was very smooth and it took us 10 min at the Buffalo ASC.

And also do we need to make 2 accounts as some people are mentioning things are happening at sponsor side but nothing at applicant side. Please help me
