You need to have the funds at the time you receive ITA.

why i read that for AOR(submit document) applicant gets 2 months from ITA date ?
you meant after ITA applicant should send documents , one of them is fund , within this time documents should be sent from applicant side

You need to meet all of the requirements at the time your receive the ITA. If your proof of funds documents show an influx of money just before receiving the ITA, i.e. large deposits, IRCC will require proof of the source of those deposits.

no not huge amount just around 13,000 $ can he deposit this amount 1 months or 1 week before receiving ITA?

You need the money in the account prior to receiving an ITA.

Yes, that is a large amount, as it is the entire proof of funds required.

No - you cannot borrow the money from your family.

Your family has to gift you the money - meaning it is not being borrowed but has been given to you permanently.

You will need this money and you will spend all of it when you first arrive in Canada. So it cannot be borrowed.

You need to arrange a gift deed to prove the money was given to you and not borrowed. This is discussed in the Express Entry section of the forum. Suggest you move over there for more information. As said before, you must have the money BEFORE you get ITA.
