Yes - automatic refusal.Hello
for immigration process for 1 person need to proof 12,669 $CAD
in case applicant can not proof for example more than 7000 $
does it lead to refuse applicant's case ?
ThanksYes - automatic refusal.
You need to have the funds at the time you receive ITA.Thanks
if applicant sure in which next draw he will be selected
how many days he has time to put this amount to his bank account ?
till day he accept ITA ? or post his documents
i think till he aware of draw
2 months has time correct?
@scyllaYou need to have the funds at the time you receive ITA.
You need to meet all of the requirements at the time your receive the ITA. If your proof of funds documents show an influx of money just before receiving the ITA, i.e. large deposits, IRCC will require proof of the source of those deposits.@scylla
so for last query
why i read that for AOR(submit document) applicant gets 2 months from ITA date ?
you meant after ITA applicant should send documents , one of them is fund , within this time documents should be sent from applicant side

You need the money in the account prior to receiving an ITA.Hello
sorry i ask again just this for clarifying
you meant when applicant receive ITA should deposit 12,669 $ or after ITA ?
no not huge amount just around 13,000 $ can he deposit this amount 1 months or 1 week before receiving ITA?
Thanks ThanksYou need the money in the account prior to receiving an ITA.
Yes, that is a large amount, as it is the entire proof of funds required.
No - you cannot borrow the money from your family. Thanks Thanks
and promise this is last query
in my country ratio of change mu currency to this amount is high
certainly no students can have this much
for source proofing
borrowing from family is ok? or no still Canada want to know anything ...i don't have this amount
i have to borrow it just
thanks
HelloNo - you cannot borrow the money from your family.
Your family has to gift you the money - meaning it is not being borrowed but has been given to you permanently.
You will need this money and you will spend all of it when you first arrive in Canada. So it cannot be borrowed.
You need to arrange a gift deed to prove the money was given to you and not borrowed. This is discussed in the Express Entry section of the forum. Suggest you move over there for more information. As said before, you must have the money BEFORE you get ITA.Hello
Yes Yes i meant that gift to me
so this not cause any problem in case applicant does not have enough money but receive as a gift from other?
thanks too much
