Dear All. I submitted my eoi for sinp and I want to know if I will be ineligible so I dont waste my time.

I studied Biochemistry but have 9 years exp in HR. My noc description states the following:

a university degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or completion of a professional development program in human resources administration is required.

I am writing my dissertation for my mba so my question is, would this cover for my bsc in Biochemistry? Someone told me that the related degree must preceed my work experience. Is this true?

This is true that work experience is based on your education and by combining both Study and Work your NOC is made. Try your luck if you want but sincerly it doesn't work.

Hello everyone, greetings, few days ago I received the dreaded ineligible letter from SINP. My NOC was 0821 (dairy farm manager), reason for ineligibility was that my education doesn't match with my job experience.
Now my education was Bachelor of Business Administration and the NOC is a skill type 0 (unlike type A or B), not a technical or professional job.
Do you guys think a second review will be fruitful? Our should I move on to other path?

If u have this type of Educarion, only then go for Second review:-
A university degree or college diploma in agricultural management or other field related to crop or livestock production may be required.

Not for the sake of argument, it says 'may require'. It's not mandatory. Isn't it kind of vague? Specially for managerial job with skill type 0. Is it challengeable?
