This is a generic response. It can be in queue for few hours to few days to few weeks or months.

Can't interpret anything. I got this same response on July 24th and even on September 17th, my eligibility was still on review and security not started.

The reply you got included final review in "The file is currently in the queue for final review by an Officer. You will be contacted in due course."

My friend got similar reply without "final" word

I got a reply from MP. Can anyone tell me how long it will take to finalize my application?

This is the following response that we received from Immigration in regards to your application.



We can provide you with the following details about the status of your constituent’s application for permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program:



The application was received at the Centralized Intake office on November 26, 2018.
The eligibility requirements assessment was finalized on August 21, 2019.
The medical examination results are on file and valid until May 25, 2020.
The criminality verifications are currently valid.
The security verifications are currently valid.
The file is pending a final decision by an immigration officer.



Unfortunately our office is not able to expedite the application process.



If you require any further assistance, please contact our office.

I know the wait is agonizing. For few people in other forum got PPR after 2-3 weeks of this message. For me, it took more than 2 months.

Yes, i called cic this morning, everything stays the same status. so i will wait 1-2 more months, then keep waiting.

I just hope my application is moved from Sydney to somewhere else, 7+ months and counting, Expecting 8.5 months based on current Sydney approvals

My VO is Sydney (31st May AOR). Why this VO is not issuing PPR's at all ???
Its very depressing

Hahaha Im sorry I had to reply this post. First I thought it was a joke but now I think you were serious.
Dont expect anything and prepare yourself for a long wait. I have been waiting for 11 months now. Everything is completed. Just waiting for PPR. VO Sydney ofc.
