I called CIC on Sep 27 and the officer said everything is passed and a final decision will be made following week with an instruction email. It has been more than a week now and I still don't see anything. I called last week and got a different answer, this time the 2nd officer said the file is still processing and everything looks good but she doesn't know when I'll get final decision.

AOR: June 3
Order GCM notes on August 5 but haven't received anything yet.
MEP: August 22 ( They took more than 2 months to start my profile as they mixed up it with someone who has same name T__T)
ADR: Sep 4 - Submitted LOE Sep 5 (They still mixed up my document with someone and requested me to submit a divorce certificate while I am never married T_T)


Does anyone know how long does it take for Sydney office to send out PPR email after everything passed?

@All whose AORs haven't crossed 6 months timeline: You guys have to be mentally prepared it might take longer than 6 months for your application. We, whose applications have passed 6 months timeline, have experienced it. Just to be fair, I am thinking your wait is long but others have been waiting much longer than you. So, please be patient, it will come if your applications are dignified. You should distract yourself with work, life, partners,... and enjoy your time. Otherwise, depression, stresses, and grey hair (lol) will visit you .

Just a friendly reminder from someone waited more than 8 months.

Hello everyone, i got the remedial request today morning as my medicals are valid till 14th Dec. Received IMM1017E and it says to complete the medical assessments within next 30 days.

My Application submitted in March 2019.

Ordered GCMS in June 2019 and received it in July 2019 and find RR on POF.

VO is Sydney and file is assigned to CB01126.

Raised webform and sent them an updated POF with LOE proactively on 17th July 2019.

Already completed 7.5 months but no ghost update or any updates till date.

Yah. So frustrating. Time and money invested in this and couldn't help but feel depressed over the situation..

Why don't you guys file complaint on the CIO Sydney ? Below is the link to submit your feedback. PNP applicants and Review required - majority of the files goes to Sydney.

Note - not sure if this will help but atleast you can let your frustration there. I hope there will be someone at least to read the feedback.

Came to know i am stuck in Sydney as well. March 24 AOR, eligibility in process and security not started. Not sure who is the officer.
I dnt see use of GCMS at this time, i am assuming another 2-3 months wait I see someone from 29th Jan approved last week with Sydney VO
