There are no medical inadmissibility issues for spousal sponsorship. Because Hep C is a communicable disease so your partner will have to sign that they are aware of your condition and you’ll have to register with public health in Canada.
If your spouse is aware of your hep C it shouldn’t prevent your PR. She will need to be tested for help c as well.Does it effect my PR?
My question is my medical is in coming week.. will they check hep C??If your spouse is aware of your hep C it shouldn’t prevent your PR. She will need to be tested for help c as well.
You have to tell them or it would be representation. Yes liver issues willshow up in your blood tests so you should be upfront and not get caught not being honest. My question is my medical is in coming week.. will they check hep C??

It is always dependent on the person’s infection status. If they received treatment in the acute phases of the infection they have a high chances of being approved. Your friend should prepare to include any records of his past treatment or be proactive and give it to the panel physician.Dear sir/madam,
