File not transferred to any visa office

Hello friends,

I have applied for my spousal and dependent child PR sponsorship. My spouse has done her medicals about a month back but her file has still not been transferred to any visa office.

What can be the possible reasons and if anyone else had such delays in transfer of file in past.

Nothing to be worried at all after just a month . Mine got transferred to a visa office 7 months after Medicals.
