canada post website says 4 business days including day of shipping for nation wide delivery of regular mail. so execluding the long weekend, the timeline is bang on.

Expect it in 4-6 days ,for me DM was on 10-Oct and Card received on 17-Oct

I was supposed to travel on Monday but I had to cancel it.

I have put wrong postal code on my application but address is correct ...it’s 21 days since application was received but haven’t got anything yet...I have travel plans in January 2020 what should I do since I am unable to see online status?

I would call them.
I called them to ask why I wasn’t able to check my app online and they did fix it. After the call I was able to check it using my UCI. You can also change your address if it’s incorrect.

Same day for me, no acknowledgement. Looks like the backlog is growing.

I sent my renewal application on Sept 25th, Last night I got my acknowledgement , so not sure if that means the 23 days they say to process starts now .

My application received on Oct 3rd, and I got acknowledgement email yesterday October 24.
