Hello guys, a new update on this. I have met the immigration officer on 15th Oct and found out that he had no updates on file from ircc. So he has asked me to come back on 6th Nov. Now I am thinking of flying back to India and complete all my process from there. Will ircc have any problem with this? As I have already landed and my application status says "my documents have expired". Anyone has any information on this, any ideas and suggestions are welcomed.

Did they give you back your passport? You said it was seized when you landed. If they told you to come back on November 6 I don't think you should leave the country. Call them and confirm if you can leave and finish the process in your home country or consult an immigration lawyer. This is a very serious situation you are in.
It is not just well wishes... it makes sense... they will surely touch your file before Nov end... there is that pattern atleast, where they touch before 1 year expires
They will book tickets and will handover my passport the day I have flight. I have confirmed this with the officer itself that I can go back if I want to but the question is how to get in touch with ircc. I am trying mails, web form but I don't know how much one can rely on call centre guys.

hi. As far i know. That even if u uploaded ur medical upfront no problem in that for u as such. But ircc will go at its own pace. One of my friends has uploaded it upfront even though no medical request from the cic and evem when his original medical was not yet expired. But ircc didmt take a notice of his being proactive. And after expiry of his original medicals and 10 more days after that they send him request for remedicals n he uploaded same medicals again by raising web form which were considered by ircc. So there is no such condition that u cant go for upfront remedicals as far as i know.
It's really strange. I called yesterday, the agent asked me, why I did not get my medicals done. I told him I hvnt rcvd any email for the same...... And then he said I could go for upfront re medicals . I was doubtful about it, I asked at least 10 times...... But the agent was sure that I could go for re med. Then the call got disconnected
After 10 mins I called again. The second agent was surprised, why I was asked to do re med by first agent. He said I"ll have to wait for the re med, and I can't go for upfront re med.

Do it now... anyway you got to do it... once you submit remedical, may be it will trigger movement
