Process to request Travel history from USA and Canada

Hi guys,

I am doing daily commute between Windsor and Detroit from 2017. I live in Canada and work in US. I am planning to apply for citizenship this December. I came to know that we need to enter every entry and exit for citizenship application. Unfortunately, i didn't maintain my travel history. is there anyone on the same path?

What is the process to get the travel history from US and Canada?

ATIP request you can get your entries into Canada.
FOIA request you can get the entries to USA .
you'd then need to match them up. I needed to do this for a couple of years.

If you have a foreign passport you can also obtain records online via the I94.
