Called CIC today and they said my application was approved. One hour later I received an email for landing interview, no passport request. Still no changes to my online profile

Congratulations on the approval. It usually takes 24-48 hours to update on your profile.
BTW, I share the same AOR. Can you please share your timeline? Also, do you know your VO?

Did you see any Ghost Updates (ie. Application/Profile updates on CIC account) before you got the landing request?

I still did not get MEP. They requested a furtherance letter, it got lost in spam folder for 2 months. We only discovered it last month and submitted additional test results a month back. My profile still says "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam". I got a ghost update (with no change in status) last saturday. No updates after that.
Is the delay in submitting additional medical tests a problem? Will my PPR get delayed?

Wow! congratulation! I am an FSW inland applicant and my AOR was May 8th, I called IRCC a week ago and I was told that only my criminality is in progress and security and eligibility not yet initiated
Do you know when your eligibility was approved?

No I didn't ask about eligibility. I was only told by the agent that my application was approved.

Mine has been like that since July... apparently lot of people notice the change from “submitted” to “application/profile updated” right before PPR (no changes in details, hence “Ghost”)

I have the same usual "We are processing your bg check......" status for the past 4 months. Passed Medicals on June 12. Biometrics updated on June 28th and nothing since then. I raised a webform a month ago and found that my VO is Winnipeg. ordered GCMS a 2 weeks ago.
