its not must but its gave some more weight for your documents . i did same way as you
i send original birthcertificate and attested , original birth certificate translate and attested
original marriage certificate and attested original marriage certificate translated and attested
passport bio page photocopy and attested NIC Photocopy and NIC Translated From NIC Department
and attested.

yes i send all original too

maybe if you have more then 2 PCC or frequent traveler to many country
your background check take more time .

They asked me for the PCC back in March. I submitted my Sri Lankan, UK and Canada PCC and since March its been saying on my application that they are reviewing my additional documents.... Only now few days ago it changed to "Need more documents to process the application" and I got a request letter for the RPRF and the biometric fees. Think they still haven't looked at my PCCs yet and waiting for my biometrics to do the checks?

Hi Abisiva,

That's like their standard message for everyone. I had the same from the start till now for months. From what I read online, everyone need to do a biometric collection. Don't worry, if I got it now, that means you are not too far behind because we both applied pretty much around the same time. Just keep checking your GCKEY...

Hey @sama94 ! I know I was feeling the same, but we finally got our medical request last Tuesday and the information was just updated saying medical was passed. We are literally only 2 weeks away from our one year mark. We have no idea how much longer it’ll take. It’s really frustrating
