I am sponsoring my son who is 2 year old. Today I received a letter saying my application has been transferred to NDVO for further processing. My son is currently residing in Canada on visitor visa. Can somebody help me with the process when I get a PPR.

Processing times for dependent children seem to range from 5 - 8 months. It's correct that your application was sent to NDVO since there is no inland process for dependent child sponsorship.

You do as instructed by the Visa Office, when the time comes.

This will depend on what the Visa Office instructs you to do in your letter, if/when you get a PPR.

Were you compliant with your ROwhen you sponsored? That was an issue that was brought up previously.

hi @k.h.p. i am sponsoring my newborn child for pr, my wife is pr she is in india with child. I am in canada working so sponsoring the child. I dont have any pictures taken with the child, what other docs proof can be submitted in addition to birth certificate and passport for my child.
