I don’t have anyone in blood relation there but have cousins in Alberta Calgary and 2 cousins in Toronto. You are really lucky everything went down soo quickly. Plz wish fr me as well. It’s already 3 months and I have not received noi from any province.

Depending on you NOC you can get NOI from Alberta living outside the province, but some NOCs just have higher chances with ties in Alberta.

And Unfortunately, cousins are not consider relatives or ties with Alberta. They consider children, parents and siblings.

Its hard to say! Plan to come to college in Alberta. I think this is the best option.
