459 CRS score and my PGWP expires on Nov. 24 2019

Hey Guys,

I'm in desperate need of some confidence and positive news. What are my chances to stay in Canada other than LMIA as it is quite impossible for software developers.? Will I get an ITA before my permit expires?

I've got the max score in all IELTS modules, 23 years old, 2-year Canadian Experience as a software developer, completed a 2-year diploma from Canada. I sold everything back in my country to come and study here. Now, I have a high paying job here but if I go back, I'll be homeless in my country.

Are you sure you get your application info inputted right? I put in your information in the CRS tool and it shows you should have a score of 462! Unless I am missing something here?

Hey man, it's very hard to predict draws but in case you need extra time you can apply for a work permit extension. It will be denied, of course, but the process is taking around 90 days, which will give you some time to wait for the ITA... Just a suggestion for you to evaluate.

Have you considered taking the test again and get better score?

To be honest this won't be the end of the day for you. You are very close to the score. You will likely be picked in the next few rounds.

Worst case scenario, you get more foreign work experience. You've worked for two years. You probably have enough savings to start new from home. Find another software work and work for a year. Your two years work experience in Canada will never go away. So with that extra one year foreign experience, you will have enough score next year.
