I just received an "we've updated your status" email but when I checked it was about the COPR I already seen yesterday... Still waiting for the follow up email as well, but I honestly don't mind if it takes a couple more days because I need a haircut to take the PR card photo anyway lol Right...

It's not quite the same situation but file was also in RR due to a visa rejection for Canada (not PR, student visa) in the past. We've received the COPR today. Stay firm and confident, I'm sure you will soon hear from them.
