Oh yeah several time . Actually i added my wife in july as dependent so i called to inquire that how much they gonna take to add a dependent after that they sent me rprf and police clearance request and wife is still not added. I applied for spousal work permit for my wife because i am a nomination holder they refused the application with 8 fays of applying

What do they mean by completed ? I called today and was told the same thing as well .

I ask the agent if my application was approved. She said yes though she is not suppose to say it. Only the date when the passport will be requested she cant provide yet.

Approved usually means that you have passed the eligibility

To be very honest it all depends on luck. Express entry people go through the same process and the application is completed in 6 months or less. I think everything depends on the mood immigration officer
