No but he will struggle to travel to many countries now for fear that he will attempt to apply for asylum again.

You need very very very solid proof. I cannot emphasize enough. Because since you've applied once and are currently in Canada, IRCC has your information. Based on that nothing significant has happend in Punjab to relocate to Canada. If you start a claim, i am sure you will not only get rejected but also lose thousands of dollars as lawyer fee.

A LOT of countries now share immigration and biometrics information, whether that is publicly disclosed or not.

Yes because you have to prove Dafont Showbox Adam4adam that you have tried to relocate within your own country. With such a large country most people could relocate to another region. Also India is not at war and has a functional government versus other countries.

Agree that you have to show that you have tried to relocate to another region of India. Many get rejected because they could have safely relocated to another region of the country and they come from much smaller countries than India.
