Yes because you have to prove that you have tried to relocate within your own country. With such a large country most people could relocate to another region. Lets say you tried to relocate and still there were problems,in punjab state the police has done so many wrong things to people , And if one does not have any evidence to prove but he is only saying that these things happened to him,Yes because you have to prove that you have tried to relocate within your own country. Has he been specifically targeted by the police. Why did you apply for asylum if you were already on a work permit? Did you get the work permit because your asylum claim?I was eligible, i am on work permit until may 2021
