The cutoff of the latest round was 462 with 3,600 invitations issued. So does it mean that newer profiles with the same CRS score will have priority?
Also, I am planning to apply with the CRS score of 487 and I wonder what are my chances to be invited and how quick?

487 means you're guaranteed an ITA in the upcoming draw whenever it is. Please look at older results on the site.
