my relative has to mail the documents to me in Canada by courier first and I consolidate them with the docs i have here and fedex them to HK.

I don’t understand why HK doesn’t accept copies by email or webform like CPC-M does.

Has anyone applied PCC from BLS?

Their Requirements for this is as following :-

Indian passport Original and Photocopies - Do we actually have to send the original passport or just the Photocopies would be fine?
Proof of status in Canada - What could be there Proof of status in Canada ?
Proof of Address (Photocopy of Driver’s License/Utility Bill/Bank Statement) - Not clear with this too
(The latter two must be less than 6 months old)

What is there processing time usually for India ?

What is their processing time because my parents are here on SUPERVISA and they have to leave Canada before December as they would be completing their 2 years in December and don't want the passport to be held by them and risk it.

What province you live in? BLS has processing time on their website according to consulate you apply PCC at..

Hi All, was it a generic request letter sent to everyone yesterday who has their application transferred to CPC-M or only selective people have got the request from CPC-M ?

I applied at BLS and my experience
1. No need to send original passport to consulate. We got our passport same time and took only passport copies
2. Proof of status for your parents is Supervisa copy page and for you "Landing paper or citizenship certificate and Canadian passport / PR card and Indian passport , surrender of Indian passport certificate.
3 Proof of address will be yours as your parents are visiting Canada. You can use DL if it has physical address or bank statement with address
4. I got PCC delivered in mail within 1 week !!!

Awesome thank you. It was mentioned on their checklist to give original passport too..
I have still to apply, waiting for the new renewed passport to come from them yet
