Actually, i have studied from New Zealand 2 year computer diploma and also got certificate for advance English level, will that put some postive effect on application?

I understand that English language is important but many students got visa with this score, i just wanted to know that what else i can do to make my application strong? As i have travel history as well...

Well..it might. But IELTS is what they value the most. And the fact that you have studied in New Zealand for 2 years and returned to home country on time (assuming) will be an added advantage for your Canadian study visa application.

I agree with you , but my biggest disadvantage is that my real brother and sister both Residence in canada and i will face problem to show ties to my home country. I have my parents in home country and some land on my name, i don't know what else i will show to show strong ties to home country,

Then I strongly recommend you to try and improve your IELTS socre. Parents back home and property (in your name) can be significant home ties. You just have to prove effectively that you are going there to study only. Siblings residing there won't be such a big disadvantage. It's just that there should be enough plus points to cover up a set back.
