So finally got my Visa and COPR sorted. My joy at having got my application sorted in under six months was premature, it finally took 7.5 months.

Here's my complete timeline:

ITA: Dec 19 2018
AoR: Feb 7 2019
Medicals/Biometric/ADR: Mar 22 2019
ADR submission date: Apr 2 2019
PPR: 1 Jul 2019
ADR (replacement of digital photo due to improper dimensions - for one out of four applicants): 1 Jul 2019
Re submission of photo online: 3 Jul 2019
Final decision: 27 Jul 2019
COPR received: 31 Jul 2019
------------Ecstasy at receiving documents turned to despair as half the applicants had issues -----------------
Raised (general) web request for incorrect names in children's visas and COPRs: 31 Jul 2019
Email confirming information forwarded to local visa office (Singapore): 8 Aug 2019
Web request raised directly with Singapore: 20 Aug 2019
Reply from local visa office confirming issue is with passports: 30 Aug 2019
Web request raised with new (corrected passports): 15 Sep 2019
Reply from local visa office to submit passports and COPRs: 17 Sep 2019
Submission at VFS Bangkok: 18 Sep 2019
Collection of passports and COPRs: 24 Sep 2019
--------------Sigh of relief--------------------------------------------------------------
Primary applicant landing: 2 Oct 2019!!!

Notes:
Primary application + 3 dependents
Mixed nationality family: Indian (3) and Vietnamese (1) passports
Resident in Thailand (stamping in Singapore)
Somewhat extensive travel history (100+ trips for primary applicant and spouse), PCCs from three countries required
ADR for PCCs of two countries that require personalized letters from IRCC (Thailand and Singapore)
Issues with name in two passports (which propagated to visas and COPRs) meant all 4 of us had to have our visas and COPRs had to be redone
