Police certif December 2018
Sent to london visa office 4 jan 2019
Biometric 19/6/2019
Pre arrival 20/6/2019
Biometric done 5/7/2019
Since then no responce
Also the ECAS is not updated the last update is medical results recieved

In ecas ut shows in process means decision not made yet
Have you contacted the MP?

I am not 12 months yet... so have to wait... but I think since it’s more than 12 months for u, u can connect mp and see what’s going on with your case.
Who knows, maybe it will push the officer to pick up your file and make a final decision good luck to you and update us here please!!!

One thing i wana ask before applying for my case my husband was residing somwwhere else but now the address changed so the mp of the new area should be contactd?
And what should i ask for from the MP ?

I guess connect the mp office where he lives right now. That is what I would do. Just explain that it is over a year and you would like to know why it takes so long or whatever questions you have. He should be able to tell you what is done on your case... at least that is what I read on this forum, myself have never spoke to mp since I am less than a year... try searching on this forum, there should be more info about mp....

YES let me add here that 1 can contact any MP don't have to be your area's MP. I remember a guy contacted diff area MP and an answer came within a week. These days MPs refuse to help if it's not a year or within a shown time limit. All depends entirely on the MP's own policy. . An embassy has to reply to an MP but it does not really speed up the case though , but at least 1 knows why such a delay ! Good Luck

Hi Everyone,
I just got the letter that invite me to come back to my country for interview ( I live in Canada right now but apply as outland ) so Im wondering how long should I book a flight for staying in my country? Cuz Im planning to flight back to Canada ASAP as we are moving from Ontario to BC. that's why it a lot of work on my husband! And I still have a valid visa until next year so Can I flight back right after the interview or I have to give officers my passport to get new visa stamp? and if I have to wait how long should it be ? thanks for sharing yours experiences!

Good day to everyone, the latest update on my application that I just receive today , I got Pre Arrival last month on the 28th , everything went quiet since then , that make me write the VO again about my Aplication, this is the reply I got from them today ..

The application is currently with the Immigration Program Manager for processing of the Application to Return to Canada.

Haven't had any communication since January 2019. It's been 13 months. Sent webforms, and no reply.
Background check hasn't even started as well.

Any update from your application? Its been 14months for me this month and i only got mail saying that they will be transferring my file to MVO.

No, nothing at all. It was transferred back in November 2018 to Singapore. Not sure what's the hold up.
