With SINP, you could only make an EOI profile if your occupation is in demand and there only a handful NOCs that were eligible for the purpose of creating a profile. Now, more number of people will be eligible to create an EOI profile and have a chance of getting invited to apply for SINP.

I believe 450s CRS will occur between December and March Next year. Once the tech nominations and other provinces nominations are cleared by october/November. Then CRS will begin to drop till 1st quarter of next year but i doubt it will as low as 448. Maybe the lowest will be around 450/451
