Visitor Visa: Tuberculosis Question

Hi all,

I am planning to submit visitor visa for both my mom and dad. My dad had tuberculosis last year and completed treatment. I am now filling out the TRV application form where an explanation is required if yoy answered Yes to any of the medical condition mentioned.

Can I seek help on how to address such question?

My dad had already flown to another country in July 2019. Not sure if I could mention this on the application.

You can attach his medical report/xray which shows that he is TB free now along with prescriptions that he took for his treatment. Maybe a physician letter as well stating that he is TB free.

But this is just my guess. Maybe other more experienced forum members can help you better in this case

Thank you. We have obtained medical certificate from his physician granting him pulmonary clearance. Hope that this will suffice.

Thanks for your response. The medical certificate indicates the treatment my father has completed.
