My Apr is on May 29. Mep July 5. CEC inland. Today I called cic and they said my application got approved. Do u know how long will I get an PPR pr interview? 2 weeks ago I called CIC and nothing got started yet. My application was moved from Vancouver office to Calgary.

Status as on today as follows:

Review of eligibility

Review of medical results:

• June 25, 2019 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents:

• The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.

Interview:

• You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics:

• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check:

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision:

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Can anyone suggest me anything seeing the above status and details??

Hi Alvin, mine is almost similar, just that after 3 weeks of uploading the RCMP; The Review of additional documents automatically got updated to "No documents required" rest all remains the same....

Hi are your applying in CEC category and from where. When did you get your ITA and AOR, also has your background check started. Whats the status now on each of the parameters. These details will help me guide you better

You’re going to need to be more specific. Just general application documents, or otherwise? If you just submitted your full application, look for the September thread.

Still waiting no mine, AOR is May 31st 2019, Medical Passed & RPRF July 9th. Have you ordered GCMS notes? You may want to do that. I ordered mine and had to provide additional documents based on Review Required status & comments.

Would we not get to know about any documents required unless we do not request the GCMS notes?

I ordered for GCMS notes on August 10th, i got it on September 11th. It takes exactly 30 days. You will get to know if additional document is required by CIC, they'll ask for it. But with GCMS notes, i think its a preemptive measure to avoid waiting months for CIC to ask you to provide a document to allay their concerns.
