Hi guys, I submitted my app last July 31st and didn't get any response until now.. But then I saw this issue about missing the signature by hand next to the electronic one on schedule A form and realized that I didn't sign too.. My visa will expire next month october 14, if I resubmit this month and they receive before the end of this month, should I still need to extend my visa? Or I'll be on an implied status as soon as they receive my resubmission? Thank you for those who will answer.
My lawyer advised me to request q stqy extention.

You scan the information section and the page with you last entry stamp. We scan then copy and paste on to word document.

Oh I see. But I didn't get any stamp on my passport. Should I just show my visa sticker?
Yes my 1st entry here i was given no stamp of entry. When I came in the 2nd time I was given a stamp of entry and the officier told me ensure that i get it stamp at all times. But upon entering the maximum stay is 6 months so you sould be fine with just the visa sticker .

Okay thank you. On the form IMM5708 should I just leave the current employment blank? And the "Details of visit to Canada" should I choose "other" and just state that I applied for PR?

Hi people, can you help me please?
So we applied an inland spousal sponsorship that we sent on July 27th and still haven't receive any email about AOR until now. My 6months permit of stay is about to end by next month Oct.14th, so now I'm working on extending my visitor's visa.. I want to extend for another 6 months atleast, on the eligibility questionnaire online there's only 2 options for the amount of stay, it's "Less than 6months" or "more than 6months" which one should I choose? when I clicked the more than 6months it gives me the medical requirement which I dont know if I would have enough time to get the result before my 6months of stay ends. If I choose "less than 6 months" would I still possibly get another 6 months of stay?" I have to submit for extension by this month.

Thank you for those who will answer. Have a good day! :)

My lawyer handled the extension for me however i did not do any medical and was granted 1 year . However, i dont know if my pregnancy was taken into consideration. All my husband provided was a bank statement.
