thanks for reply, can you be more specific, i dont know what you mean by GCMs notes

GCMS stand for global case management system its electronic file containing all ur information pertaining to citizenship app. And includes officers notes and result of checks performed. To get these notes u need to make a request under privacy act and will take 30 days for them to send u electronic file.

Apply here select email method, select department, provide ur info and u will be requesting on ur behalf select privacy act and type of records will be citizenship-status update reason for refusal
