Has anyone being able to reach CIC. it seems to instruct you to feel a webform and then disconnects

Yes. Seems like you cannot contact them via call anymore

You can call IRCC using the 613 number for free using Google Voice. See instructions in my signature, but basically, you call global affairs via the 613 number, press 1, 1, 1 which transfers you to IRCC (the same as the 800/888 number) and then you can use options 2-1-1-0 to get to a representative via the family sponsorship phone tree (same reps; doesn't matter that you are Express Entry instead).

You may get a message that they're too busy and it says to call back later. Just keep trying or call later. It takes about 2 minutes for each try using my instructions.

They are open 7am - 7pm Ottawa time.

Hi @WunmiofLagos did you purchase a canadian phone number in Dingtone before calling or did you call using the default number (tied to your local number)? I tried with the default number and it didnt work.

Oh i used my dingtone assigned canadian number. Perhaps, that's how i was able to scale through.
I had a wait time of just 5minutes and the lady seemed cool. Nothing new though.
File still in queue for officer review.

I don't think you can call them anymore from outside Canada using google hangouts. It gets disconnected after the global affairs voice suggests to use web form for immigration enquiries and cuts the call after saying thank you for calling.

I've tried it numerous times during different time periods. It's the same. It seem they have cut this service

Again, i called using my canadian number on dingtone so maybe you need to try that instead of your local number.

Contacted IRCC over the phone about 4 times, raised about a couple of web forms. Most of the replies were generic. Contacted Mr. Goodale's office too.
Since the cut off of 6 months have been passed, it's just a matter of someone picking up your file. I think my file was picked up due to a Web form I raised on 01.08.2019 or as I submitted an affidavit for POF (Without a request) on 28.08.2019.

Before getting the ppr, I had two ghost updates. With the final one on 06.09.2019, review of additional documents changed to not applicable and status of biometrics changed to completed. Even though I have submitted biometrics in March 2019, the stays was "We have not received your fingerprints "

I just did it Thursday and it worked fine. 1-1-1 to get transferred. 2-1-1-0 to get to a rep once you're transferred (you can't just press the buttons as fast as possible, but those are the options once it's ready to accept the option).

It was working until Friday.. a friend of mine had called them. from yesterday the service has been disconnected.

That is unfortunate. If I receive further confirmation of this over the coming weeks, I'll remove it from my signature. Since I've landed and the PR cards have mailed, I don't have any further reason to contact IRCC right now.

Submitted today and got the AoR today itself.
As far as biometrics is concerned for now the system says 'We donot need your fingerprints'. They should contact me later to get that done.
