Same here , AOR 6 MarchJust received my GCMS. Criminality passed but Security and Eligibility has not started. AOR 5th March.
Finally a message from IRCC in MyCIC account today (dated 9th Sept)AOR - 6th Mar
Country - India (submitted my application from Australia, now relocated to India last month)
FSW-O
Dependent - 1
Medical passed - 19th Apr
BIL - 19th Apr
Biometrics Submitted - 9th May
VO - Ottawa
No movement since then. My 6 months timeline is over and now it says "Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete."
From what I have seen on this forum, I believe now I will get a decision in 9 to 24 months (once it crossed the 6 months timeline, there is no time limit committed by IRCC)
I am now putting all Canada plans on hold and will now start Plan B of just continuing my life as is and if the PR comes then good otherwise I can say I tried.
Congratulations to all the people who got the PR within 6 months and all the best to everyone still waiting.

It says "We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require Funds, proof - bank statements for the last 6 months & information regarding the average balance of your account for the past 6 months within, days"
I submitted the required document immediately and now fingers crossed that they make a decision ASAP!
Have you received email for this???Finally a message from IRCC in MyCIC account today (dated 9th Sept)

Glad to know that things are moving for you. Good luck and hope you receive the golden email soon enough. Quick question though- were you asked to submit the funding proof because whatever you had submitted initially were more than 6 months old? Since my application is also nearing its 6 months waiting time, I am wondering if I should be ready with fresh funding proof as well. Would really appreciate your thoughts. Thank you! Finally a message from IRCC in MyCIC account today (dated 9th Sept)

Obtaining latest bank statements wont take more than 1 visit to your respective bank. My advise is let them request should they feel the need.Glad to know that things are moving for you. There is nothing to be planned dear friend. You just need to wait like the others as you must have seen many have crossed 6 months and still no updates besides criminality and that too this forum represents only a sample of the entire population of applicants.Hi,
My AOR is 29-Mar-2019 and my 6 months are expiring on 29-Sep-2019
The status of my eligibility has not changed even now, and when I contacted the CIC office through email I get the following response:
Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.
GCMS notes ordered on 10-Sep.
Can anyone help me out how the next steps are expected to pan out?
Thanks! Makes sense. Appreciate it!Obtaining latest bank statements wont take more than 1 visit to your respective bank. My advise is let them request should they feel the need.
