Thank you so much for your helpHi Jatin, on your questions:
1. Ghost updates are supposedly not followed by an email, they are visible in your account when you login, instead of "submitted", it will say "Application/profile updated". See:and https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/application-stages-what-they-mean-mep-ip1-ip2-ghost-update-version-2019.612656/
2. PPR email will be sent to your representative.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for the clarification. Do you know where your application is at - at the CIO in Sydney or at a CPC?From what I could gather in these forums, Eligibility Met means that the agent reviewing your case has verified your CRS parameters. I think the officer will review and make it Eligibility Passed. Mine is in Eligibility Met too and I am an applicant from US with Mar 28 AOR. Seems like its taking more than 6 months for quite a few US resident applicants.
I got to know through my GCMS notes. Even though I had submitted my POF nearly 3 times more than what was required for a single applicant, it was listed as Review Required for POF. So, I sent in my latest POF in August again via the webform.Thank you for the clarification. Do you know where your application is at - at the CIO in Sydney or at a CPC?
Also, how did you find out the status of your application?
I see. Did your Eligibility status change to "Met" after you submitted your proof of finances again in August?I got to know through my GCMS notes. Even though I had submitted my POF nearly 3 times more than what was required for a single applicant, it was listed as Review Required for POF. So, I sent in my latest POF in August again via the webform.
My application according to the notes were in CPC Ottawa.
Also, for your next query, I have raised the webform twice and I got the replies back within the range of 5-10 days.
I raised one on 21st August and received a response on 28th August. In all, 4-5 working days.Hello All:
How long does it usually take to get a response to a question submitted via the webform? It says 2-5 business days but wondering if takes longer than that. My application is past the 6 month mark so I used the webform to determine the current status.
Anyone has any recent data on their response time? Thanks!
My eligibility had already been met, but it was marked Review Required (RR) for POF. I guess during the final stage before they send out the PPR, they would take a look at my POF again and then decide whether to ask me to send them the updated POF or just give the PPR. I did not want to take that risk and sent them my updated POF.I see. Did your Eligibility status change to "Met" after you submitted your proof of finances again in August?
So if you hadn't ordered the GCMS notes, you would not have known that you have a "Review Required" for your POF?
I'm a little worried that my application is still at the Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney and hasn't even been sent to a CPC. Wondering how long my wait is going to be until I get a final decision!
That’s strange. Any idea why it was RR for POF even though it was thrice above the min limit? Which country are you applying from?I got to know through my GCMS notes. Didn't you submit this info initially or did they ask for this again? Finally a message from IRCC in MyCIC account today (dated 9th Sept)
It says "We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require Funds, proof - bank statements for the last 6 months & information regarding the average balance of your account for the past 6 months within, days"
I submitted the required document immediately and now fingers crossed that they make a decision ASAP!
