I believe medicals are extended mostly for INLAND applicants. You should've done your remedicals as soon as they told you to and updated them if you have done it. I'm sure they would give you instructions on what to do next after your update i.e. submission of your passport for visa stamping. I read somewhere that they give extensions on passport submissions if you request and if there's a compelling reason behind it.Yes, I've asked them through email. And I've already sent another one asking them about the 30 day period for visa stamping. However, it took them 11 days to respond to my first inquiry, so I'm really worried that if they take another 2 weeks to reply and it turns out that I needed to submit my passport before the expiration of the 30 days regardless of the new medical check, then my 30 days would be over by then and I will have no time left to submit the passport.
Good luck! Hope it works out for you.. Congrats on your PPR..
