Today, it is my 300 day of waiting of a miracle. No movement for me since the RPRF request. Although, a part of me understands that this pause is directly connected to the SS under which I am, seeing how people from MAY 2019 getting PPR makes me frustrated.
Moreover, it is like there is no way of communicating with IRCC other than stupid CSEs after they stopped answering calls.

Yes, I don't think you can call them anymore. They seem to have completely shut that mode of communication for all outland applicants.

I have also crossed 300 days of waiting and I'm not connected to SS or RR. I can bet on my life we will still be here in the new year. IRCC negligence is commendable!!!

I took medicals on 29 th oct 2018.
So technically it should expire on 28th oct

i hv seen many cases last month who got PR even one day after passing the medical.. but its not happening for me.. i even did nt pass my remedical yet.

Thank you! No, they didn't ask for proof of funds. In fact, they didn't even look at all the stuff I brought with me, including my car

They will not work during December because of the winter break. So these lazy clowns have 3 months to do something about our cases. Pretty sure not all of us will be cleared this year. I'm sure they will blame the elections for the lengthy delay next year.

Yeah December last two weeks are almost dead. Although a few people do PPR trickle in but in US and Canada more people take vacation in those last two weeks.

I'm not sure but there are some threads providing some detail.

The information about comprehensive security screening is limited because nobody really knows much about the process

I can bet on my life there won't be much movement in December last 2-3 weeks.

This has happened in 2017 and 2018 so they will not change it this year.

I remember reading last year where agents told the applicants that some case officers did not come in to work because of heavy snow Others went on winter break

There were also complaints that CPC-Ottawa and Montreal VO were heavily under staffed.

I really hope a miracle happens and we are cleared by then but considering their performance so far, good luck to all of us for December madness. We will need to find the strength to prepare for the agony!!
