Your case is different. A medical request doesn't guarantee PPR like the rest. They probably want to check her medical condition again before making a decision. So it is still possible that you could receive PFL.Hello,
AOR 20th Nov '18
Mine and my wife's medicals expire 09th Sept '19.
We got Request to redo medicals on 08th Aug '19. Completed re-medicals on 19th August '19 and uploaded.
No communication since then.
Our case is different though as my wife does have a chronic illness which requires relatively expensive medicine.
So we are hopeful for PPR request sometime soon, otherwise PFL is the other side of the coin (to explain mitigating factors of medical costs).
Would you think that CIC would issue PFL before request for re-medical or after (considering that the 'complexity' in our case is actually medicals)?
They will not work during December because of the winter break. So these lazy clowns have 3 months to do something about our cases. Pretty sure not all of us will be cleared this year. I'm sure they will blame the elections for the lengthy delay next year.Beyond Pathetic!!
i am kinda tired waiting for this.. I wanted to make a plan B.so if i want to go there in student visa do i have to write the academic IELTS??
so i have to start all over again.. :/Yes.. for student visa...you need to take academic ielts
I would suggest you research the college and course you want to take first and reach out to them. I didn't need IELTS because I graduated from an American university, pretty sure they can make exceptions in other cases too, for example IELTS general training and work experience... worth a try.i am kinda tired waiting for this.. yes thats what i wanted to know..It would be great if any college accept IELTS general training ScoresI would suggest you research the college and course you want to take first and reach out to them. Because of your PR application in process it will be difficult to get student visa. You will need to provide a strong LOE providing ties to your home country.yes thats what i wanted to know..It would be great if any college accept IELTS general training Scores
They're busy sending PPRs to March 2019 applicants. So don't keep hopes high. Soon this whole month will be wasted as usual. No ppr today I don’t know when this wait is going to end ......finished 9 months 10 days ....another week gone last day of week
how much time do i have to wait to know i can give this up..Any idea??Because of your PR application in process it will be difficult to get student visa. You will need to provide a strong LOE providing ties to your home country.
Honestly, I don't know. I have already given up.how much time do i have to wait to know i can give this up..Any idea??
You don't need to, you can have a dual intent LOE. I simply mentioned that I didn't trust my PR to come in time for semester start and if I had to leave Canada I'd come back to Europe instead of Brazil because of better job prospectsBecause of your PR application in process it will be difficult to get student visa. You will need to provide a strong LOE providing ties to your home country.
Actually that's the best strategy if u have time and finances. Canadian experience points puts u in the front of the immigration queue with lots of privilege like PNP and points too.i am kinda tired waiting for this.. Academic version is easiest.as u can make more mistakes to get same score as GT.so i have to start all over again.. :/
