My score is at 455. My hope currently is my brother who just got his PR and will be traveling soon. Can’t wait for him to land and get a house so I can claim points for siblings which will jack my score to 470. Patiently waiting....
His COPR will be enough for you to claim sibling points. Don’t wait for him to land and settle down. The signed COPR after he lands will suffice.

Can someone help me with this query. My wife’s IELTS will expire on Sept 30, I told her to retake it after I was sure we were next in line for ITA but now I’m not sure if a expired IELTS is a cause for getting us out of the pool (if I don’t update the score before it expires). What do you think we should do?
Anyone??

Just putting it simply, everything else except age must stay valid till AOR.
I know this, what I’m asking is if an expired IELTS will make the system kick us out of the pool automatically (before ITA) due to ineligibility?

The system is automatic and many people's profile are rendered ineligible on account of lesser funds than mandated for Proof of funds. So likely answer is Yes, because IELTS also contributes to points.

What makes you say this. Did the NOI mentioned the same?
For Qualifying 3 Years Continuous Employment is sufficient. But I did not notice the gaps in the employment until i received NOI from Ontario.I did not want to take a risk of misrepresentation so did not submit for OINP but did make changes to the Express entry with 6 years employment and was planning to present rest 2 under part time after post ITA. No NOI does not specify anything.Since score this year is unpredictable and not sure if it comes down to 451 this year where I am at so I am looking for clarification on whether to be eligible for a re invite from OINP should I withdraw and recreate a new express entry profile or would I be re invited on my existing application if a tech draw happens again in 2020 again so that I could plan accordingly.

What's your NOC code bro. I am still willing to wait another draw. Never know what surprise CIC might throw.

Noc - 0124
Crs - 456
Profile submitted - 23rd July

I’m not wasting my days anymore as I know 456 won’t come in next draw and by the time its 18th sep (it would have already been 33 days to noi), so no chance for waiting another draw too (which is 2nd oct) as by that time noi would expire.

Also, another 3-4 draws nominations from provinces will keep on coming (12th July and 1st aug oinp) which will just increase applicants with crs 1000 and above.
If there could have been any possibility to get direct ITA, it was yesterday.
There’s always something better than nothing.

Thanks for this info. But I just read we will need proof of utility bills or credit card statement that he’s actually resident. Do you have any idea if that could be true?

so we all had a wrong predictions for the last draw pretty much

using advanced metrics and analysis using AI/ML algorithms i can predict that crs wont fall below 460.
