You can't have people putting their lives on hold...
Either way people's lives are being put on hold. It doesn't really make a difference.

Anyways, people are free to do what they want/wish. It is their life. I'm just suggesting it is better to wait before taking any huge life changing decision as that just complicates the processing times.

I had RR starting April 25 and even received Procedural Fairness on June 28. I got PPR yesterday and mailed my passport today. It's okay to feel hopeless -- try and stay in the moment, try your best to distract yourself and let Canada come to you. I know how difficult it is, but eventually the wait WILL come to an end.
Amazing, did you get PPR after your medical expiry or around medical expiry date.

Analysts put review required if the documents you upload so not follow the exact guidelines of IRCC. For example for POF they need 6 months average balance. Some banks refuse to give that info and people upload bank statements. It seems that happened in your case as you say you uploaded bank statements. So unless you can upload something which has all the information IRCC needs on same document there is no need to upload any more statements. It seems like you have enough funds. Analyst just wants the visa officer to have a look and take a call. In most cases if there are enough funds and no large unexplained deposits in bank statements officer will approve the file.
We had uploaded documents from two banks where we have savings accounts
Bank1 gave current and 6 months average balance, but with only last 4 digits of account number. Hence we attached latest statements with full account numbers.
Bank2 gave current and 3 months average balance. Hence we attached statements for previous 6 months from bank2.

From the GCMS notes, it looks like the first officer put the Review Required on 4th Jan and it hasn't been reviewed since :(
We are not sure what else to upload! Anybody else in a similar situation? We are in USA if that helps.

I think it's because of your Marriage. that's why your Timeline took this long.. I'm so sorry for what you've had to go through in this process
Marriage will definitely take additional time, but I got married on Aug 2018 and let IRCC know that then only, but spouse got added by Feb 2019. I have seen Spouse getting added to application from 1 to 4 weeks of informing IRCC.

I think if we havent given any false information about us in the file, we will all get PR for sure (even though it takes time) as they are the ones who sent us an Invite to apply.
